Violin. I probably could have gotten the hang of it but I didn't want to take lessons and I was already playing banjo, guitar, ukulele, mandolin, and bass so I wasn't too bothered that I didn't have to add another instrument to the list.

4. Star Trek or Star Wars?

I feel like both properties have more bad incarnations than good at this point. The only Star Trek I could get into was DS9 because it had character conflict and violence, and the Star Wars prequels in combination with the Disney production line film making just makes me tired. So... I dunno, neither.

5. Have you ever come close to death?

I don't know if they would have ended in death, maybe a skingraft and years of rehab

6. Do you follow fashion?

Not really, but I do own a black North Face jacket, which is apparently a prerequisite for white men in their late 20's.

no, and i make a point to do things that you aren't "supposed to" to make others realize how silly they are. if there's an open ladder, i'll walk under it 10 times out of 10.

guitar yeah, but i haven't given up yet. i blame it on the fact that i'm a lefty. it's obv not the reason, but hey, it's my excuse and i'm sticking with it.

Star Wars but both are overrated and i was done with Star Wars long before the reboot.

a few car accidents that ended up being a little scary but nothing too crazy

i did for quite awhile in my high school years but then i realized it's too expensive and most of the time you end up just looking like a douchebag, so i eased up on it. now i've mastered the fashion of not giving a ****.

I have a collection of snazzy work cloth now.

If my goal is to make avant-garde music and I do that well, it kind of does.
