Quite a lot of people have said I don't look as old as I am. That's always nice.

The culture of binge drinking is stupid indeed. If you're not drinking to cover up some very deep rooted issues, you're doing it wrong.

I mean seriously. It's like those high school bandwagon jumpers who get into some dumb **** and then a couple years later and they don't even wanna think about that ****. If you wanna drink then you gotta put in the time and the effort and forget about shame.

A pretty lady bought me a drink once at a bar. As far as I could tell it wasn't a dare from a table of giggling mimsies

What outlandishly stupid and frivolous thing would you buy first if you suddenly became obscenely rich?

A $13,500 diamond HDMI cabel from AudioQuest

What are your favorite smells?

Ground beef seasoned with cumin

What do you love that everybody else seems to hate/not understand?

The album Jugulator by Judas Priest

What do you hate that everybody else seems to love?

That bout of mid 2000's network TV comedy that included shows like The Office, 30 Rock, etc.

When OccultHawk sigged me.

I'd give Kate Bush a million bucks to coax her into finally touring the USA.

What are your favorite smells?

That smell that hits you when you walk outside, and you just know that it's going to be a good day. It's usually around at the start of Spring, and also the beginning of Autumn. The smell of a used bookstore, the scent of a pizza parlor, the fine aroma of gasoline.

What do you love that everybody else seems to hate/not understand?

Apparently Time by ELO. Also, almost everyone I've met here in the USA absolutely despises Kate Bush, Nina Hagen, Lene Lovich, and other weird female singers. They can usually tolerate weird male singers, but for some reason a female singer being weird crosses some sort of line for them.

What do you hate that everybody else seems to love?

Metallica. I know that supposedly there are are large number of people who hate them, but I've only met fans here in nova. Blech. Their cover of Turn the Page is fucking abominable.

What's the last non-fiction book you read?

I think it was Jackie Chan's autobiography.

Anyone who doesn't like Kate Bush doesn't know what they're talking about tbh.
