1. Which team do you want to win the World Cup?

The one with Leo Messi

2. What book are you reading right now? Or if you’re not reading anything, what tv show are you watching?

An inquiry into 250 years of Indo-European studies, an area that was very prominent in anthropology, historical linguistics and other "sciences of man" as the French called them in the mid 20th century and has since shrunken from view. After some 200 pages out of 750, it seems like it's a masterpiece of intellectual history.

3. Have you ticked off anything on your bucket list? If so, what?

Don't like the idea

4. Do you have any weird personality traits or quirks?

Plenty, I'm sure. Though I agree with Lisna that it's a matter of context: if you transport me to small town America then I'm an alien from outer space. In Montreal I have a distinctive personality but basically I'm one of the guys.

5. What’s your favourite way to listen to music and why? Eg. Commuting

Mostly on YT these days. It simply has everything and I'm not someone who cares about sound quality.

6. Would you go to the moon given the chance? Why or why not?

Depends how long the trip takes. Wouldn't want to be stuck in a spacecraft for too long, I'm sure the novelty of weightlessness wears off very quickly

The one without Leo Messi

2. What book are you reading right now? Or if you’re not reading anything, what tv show are you watching?

I’m reading The Bullet That Missed by Richard Osman.

3. Have you ticked off anything on your bucket list? If so, what?

I don’t have a bucket list as such, I make a list at the start of each year of things I want to do. Nothing major. This year I had read 15 books, climb a mountain, learn to snowboard. Some small goals like that. I was learning to snowboard and done 3 out of 4 lessons then the company went bust 2 or 3 weeks ago lol

4. Do you have any weird personality traits or quirks?

Not really, I’m quite normal and boring. I am very competitive for someone that’s **** at everything so I guess that’s a bit weird.

5. What’s your favourite way to listen to music and why? Eg. Commuting

I prefer to listen when I’m walking the dog. Also while doing housework

6. Would you go to the moon given the chance? Why or why not?

Absolutely not, I like being on earth . Reason why? I’d be worried I got stuck up there

You should make it more interesting. How about
Read 15 mountains
Climb a snowboard
Learn to book?

Sure you can. Just join the police, find someone who's broken the law, and say "You're booked, scumbag!" It's easy.

Inspired by FETCHER, I thought I'd offer up six questions. That's how this thread works now, isn't it? Anyone can put up questions if the spirit moves them?

1. About which age would you say, "That was the happiest period of my life". Why?

2. Who usually prepares the food in your house? How much time do you spend in the kitchen per day?

3. What effect has MB had on your personality? Good, Bad or Zero?

4. If Elon Musk donated Twitter to you, what would you do with it?

5. What was your last musical surprise? - when you said to yourself, "I never imagined I'd enjoy something like this"

6. Now that you've posted in the Saturday 6-Pack, what's the next thing you will do today?
