My boss is a tool. I work at a publishing house and whenever the printing date for a book is creeping up he proceeds to get drunk and start screaming at everyone. Even the pregnant graphic designer. He then goes into control freak mood and starts hovering over everyone's shoulders to make sure we're doing work, when the whole day/night he's been watching videos or playing computer games and drinking. GOOD EFFING TIMES.

I would so complain to HR but he's best friend's with HR and a partner of the owner of the company. SADLY I think he's staying and I'll just get ostracized anyway because it's me vs. five passive dudes who would never have the balls to complain about my boss anyway.

Three words. Ax. Trunk. Shovel. I'll leave you to do with those as you will.

I wish I knew what to tell you MPT, I think that as*h*les like that need to be dealt with but I also recognize that I don't know the first thing about Turkish society. The closest thing I can think of to sound advice is that I'd be looking to find a new employer (easier said than done). I wish you the best
