I suspect that gnomes are responsible. They probably build nests out of socks, picks, and the tears of guitarists.

Bet that's sore Paul. If it's anything like the infection I had when I was about 8/9 anyway.

I just squeezed it really hard and all the pus burst out of it. Maybe you could try that. Worked for me and the infection didn't return.

Was quite fun bursting it tbh would like another one.

Where do guitar picks disappear to? i bought like 20 guitar picks and im down to like 4.. oh wait 5 i found one behind my closet door how the f*ck did it get there?

i think Gnome picks may be a legit thing
