The way i see it is at least in america you have the choice to live in that kind of excess.
It's not that they don't know what's bad for them, it's that they don't care and do it anyway.
What is this special 'choice' that only Americans have, exactly?

If it's eating to excess, then no. Europeans can (and do) do that, too. Just on a lesser scale than you gluttonous Americans.

Thank you, i try my best

But im not racist i swear, im just saying you pointed out that in poor areas they don't have the access to healthy food or the education of what healthy food is but ive lived all my life in poor areas and ive have studied in the same public schools they did and i know which foods are healthy and which ones aren't, that kinda education is almost basic survival knowledge everywhere.

And i know this is not a simple issue im just trying to say, where is self responsibility in all this?

Yeah? I'm sure that's true, but I don't know.

I do know this though. Not one country in Europe has worse obesity levels than the US. Those damn 'Mericans will take some beating yet.

Mexico has the highest obesity rate in the world. We're a close 2nd though!

It's actually more the other way round..
It's a global matter that people get more aware of their body,
and the products they consume..which is actually one of the reasons,
why marijuana is getting relegalized, and alcohol is handled more and more strictly. People need to get healthy.
So overall, the overeating issues in this world will slowly decrease,
because people get more and more awake.
The lil brother of one of my best friends, decided to go vegan, when he was 9 years old..that's absolutely incredible. That's how illuminated some children already are.

edit: ****, I wanted to quote that

Not only was I completely not serious, I was also 100% kidding too.

Seriously, I was just angry because my team LOST that game.

I WAS annoyed at the situation, but I really exaggerated most of it. The guy was probably slightly over 200 lbs. He was overweight, but he was not obese or anything like that.

The point is Europe is catching up. Obesity has doubled in last 20 years in Europe. Will be right there with America in no time.
