It's true that if I see someone's assets displayed in a favorable or prominent light, I call attention to it. Both men and women, gay and straight, are gonna notice something like that.

The key is to be straightforward about it without being specific, then you're not ignoring the obvious but not bein a creeper either. I tell people all the time if they're 'lookin good.' Of course if they're displaying prominently something that isn't attractive to look at... best to not be rude and just not look.
