I've had that with guys many times. If they don't respond it means they are either up to no good or they are not interested. That's what I've found though it may be different in your case. Guys can change when the lads are together and it might seem uncool of him to text you while they are all catching up. I would definitely say to him it doesn't take long to quickly say whether you're fine.

I did chin him about it and he was all 'I left my phone on charge in Scott's room' I just made it clear to him that his phone was not on charge all the time and that I'd seen him on Facebook chat. I also made it clear I don't want a text every 2 minutes, that I just wanted to know he was alright because there had been fighting earlier on in the night and I was worried about him. He is just a stupid man at times who ceases to think.

^ Man that's a battle we just can't win, girl. Truth be told he probably loves you and all and he isn't up to no good, he just plain didn't wanna text you. He probably doesn't answer his friends/family back half the time either. Didn't wanna answer, forgot to answer, etc. My bf and I reached a compromise on that sort of thing, if something's so important I want an answer I call instead of texting.

Now, if he were to ignore my phone calls and he's awake/not busy, I'd be pretty pissed. He doesn't ignore them though and I'm sure your bf wouldn't either.

I just spent almost $10 on a goddamn book of stamps.

That's ludicrous. The last time I bought them they were less than $8. Fucking hell.

(And I don't even know if these are "Forever stamps" ... shit.)

Rarely. When it's someone's birthday and I'm too lazy to send a package or I'm sending a rare note to someone (my hands have gotten so crippled, I hardly write anymore) but they're nice to have in those instances (and you don't have to go to the post office to get a single stamp when you've got a book).

They're an occasional necessity.
