I ****ing hate Konami so god damn much. I DON'T UNDERSTAND. Why cancel an anticipated game only to piss off fans and release something like this and expect them to pay for it? It goes beyond all ****ing reasoning.

They make most of their money from pachinko machines. I wouldn't be surprised if Metal Gear Solid V is their last big AAA game and they will just use their IP to focus on cheap mobile games and pachinko. I mean it sucks, I was really looking forward to Silent Hills and that P.T. thing was one of the reasons I wanted to get a PS4, but given all the negative publicity the publisher has faced this year it seems that it will be bowing out of the AAA market, at least for big game releases.
I do sympathize with you though, that trailer started off ok but it honestly feels like a slap to the face when the music suddenly shifts. That said though, the last good Silent Hill game was 10 years ago, so maybe it's ok to just let this franchise die.
