Most likely his lawyers advised him not to provide any compensation cause it could come across as admitting guilt. Plus the lady had no children and was extremely wealthy. Her husband who died in 2003 left her a bundle of money. Did ya know she lived in a $2.5 million dollar home.

I'm not defending BJ since I think he's quite the douche bag myself and I hope he gets convicted of vehicular manslaughter. From everything I've read/seen he was completely at fault for the accident.

So a retard bus swung wide to make a left turn and in doing so smashed my driver's side mirror to shit yesterday, going to be $180 to replace.

Edit: And were there actual retards on the bus? Were they crying? Laughing? Hurling their own feces at each other?

I guess the only thing you can be thankful for is that their helmets would have protected them from cranial injury.
