At least 90% of rape cases (statutory or otherwise) only come down to one persons word against the other's. This instance is as credible as the rest imo, plus Maddox was notorious for having sex with rock stars. Still obnoxious to centre in on that in light of his death either way.

A lot of people have this weird notion that someone is a child but then magically becomes a person that can screw around at age 18. Age of consent is 14 in most of Europe actually.
I'm a little suspicous about young teens having sex with grown-ups because the power dynamic is usually very one-sided, but it really should be judged on a case by case basis. It's certainly very different from pedophilia.
In this case it seem she was a groupie specifically out to get rockstars. Not much taking advantage of here.
As for the timing to revisit this accusations, I think there's no arguing that it's tasteless and needlessly sensationalistic.

Also I see nothin wrong with 18-19. I draw the line at 18. I can understand it tho, especially if the teen is the aggressor.
