^again. Not true. You're pulling the race card because you're also part of that race. Slow your roll a little bit.

Not necessarily the race card but yes it was an anecdotal statement mixed with an article I read once.

The employee sucked at their job and was also fired for being black. Generally, black employees are fired so much easier for a simple mistake while their co-workers get more chances.

No, that's goofy nonsense. Regardless of how often it is true, if an employer did not fire an employee for being black, then their misinterpreting a situation does not magically change reality. That person is wrong, because they are wrong. Why should I even need to say that? It's a truism, right? Isn't it a truism?

I can pull an article out of my ass that expressing racism towards white people as well. And asians. And everything else. You're trying to turn an opinion into fact and it's not working.

Depends, people are usually pretty good at backing that kind of thing up.

I'm not debating how often racism occurs, I'm arguing that DJ's basic premise is ludicrous.

Not sure why you reposted that when it has nothing to do with what I'm talking about.

His argument of "if you get fired for doing a bad job, you're also being racist" is not exactly a good argument. It doesn't even make any sense. If everyone followed that mindset, nobody would ever get fired even if they were doing a bad job.
