Just had to explain to a very pissed off lady that we are not the type of store that will get whatever you ask us to get. She thinks we're a Barnes and Noble. No concept of second hand store. The DVDs she wants, we sell for $1-$3 when we get them organically. Ordering them would cost her $5-$15. I told her that I can't drive around the state to garage sales and thrifts stores to find the copies of Twilight that she wants. I told her we try our best to remember what people want and that it's never a guarantee but she just wouldn't understand. Finally I asked her if she would go into a Goodwill and ask them to get stuff for her. She said no. I said that it's basically the same concept and she just got fed up and left in a huff.

You can't please people. People are stupid and now I'm mentally exhausted.
