I know it's hideously cliched, but perhaps there is something else going on that you may/may not be aware of (subconciously) that's making you a touch short-tempered? I know that's more or less when I start shouting matches for no reason - when something else is on my mind.

Failing that, yes. You may well have issues. Particuarly with shorts
Well, I'm never too jolly...

I wonder if something is going on though. In a way, I hope something is, because I can't stand getting annoyed at stupid things for no good reason, I don't like people like that.

Your case is different though, I understood what you meant. I didn't mean you screamed and therefore I didn't like you

Haha, no I got what you meant, it's ok.

If you're stressed out about something (and you probably don't even realise or haven't even thought about it) then that can lead to a lot of outbursts for no reason.

I get what you mean though - when I'm in those moods, it make me even angrier that I've snapped over something insignificant...

@Unchained.

I find I have a very short temper. Like something as small as not having something pisses me off. If someone is in my room I go mad. But then I do have underlying issues & a short temper, so my fuse is nonexistent.

On another note. I ****ing hate that I miss my exboyfriend.

I have short temper myself... its like I am constantly brooding beneath the surface and then.... bam! That effing toaster didn't cook my toast right, damnit.... and then its on for young and old...

Although, as you mentioned, I have underlying mental health issues... medication has helped.... but boy did I used to be explosive, like a powderkeg next to a firecracker...

Yeah something as silly as that makes me flip my lid. Like my tv wasnt working and I went actual nuts at my mum. it was nothing to do with her, she was just in the wrong place at the wrong time and i feel terrible when i do it, it just builds up and builds up and then as you said, BAM!! i go nuts.

I hate those really depressing days that you have where you just question everything. Yourself, your decisions, your career choice. I'm having one of those days, bah!
