my cat is dying, and my wife and i are in the middle of a battle over the issue of euthenasia. she's not ready to let him go, and the poor cat has to suffer until she comes to terms with the issue.

she's dragging him to the vet again today, even though the vet told us last week that there's nothing we can do short of interferon treatment which costs thousands of dollars.

i love that cat more than anything and it's horrible to have to deal with this, but i wish my wife could just come to terms with the reality of the situation so that we can give the little guy some peace.

I spent 7 and a half hours on a bus yesterday,Ireland is frozen under, especially where I live, it's Christmas, I had an awful time out Friday, spent Saturday puking into the toilet, the gas pipes in my house are frozen up, meaning my food options are limited to things that can be cooked in the oven, meaning nothing I like.
It's that time of year again.

sorry to hear about your poor poor cat again noise. I think he does just sound like he/she is in misery. Letting go of a pet is something I don't even want to imagine. :(

I totally feel your pain Loveissucide last week I spent 9hrs driving a ten min journey no joke. I was alone in my car and cried most of the way tbh. Had an excellent start to the night on saturday and it turned to absolute ****. Too drunk. Luckily I have a coal fire because I stay in an older house. Hope Ireland heats up :). Who knew gas froze? :S.

I lost the majority of my music library today. I caressed that thing so sweetly.

So depressing...

I suppose it gives me the opportunity to get flac copies of all of my favorites. However, there will probably be stuff that I never remember to reacquire.

That is the pits. I can understand how emotionally attached she is. I'd be devastated and would have to get someone else to put it down for me. Poor kitty.

I had the same issue about two years ago. poor thing had a blocked up urethra and made the most awful noises trying to clear it.
