My wife and I lived almost 800 miles apart for the first year and a half of our relationship. Just sayin'.

My headache will not go away. I can't even afford to see a doctor. Can someone shoot me now to save me the agony?

I feel your pain. I've had chronic headaches for almost a year now and it really, really sucks. I don't know how long it's been going on for you or what parts of your head hurt, but with some kinds of headache a change in diet can help. Have you tried cutting down on things like caffeine, sugar, alcohol, cured meats, chocolate or cheese? I know all of them are common headache triggers. Another thing is looking at stuff like eye strain and your posture while using the computer. Yet another thing to consider is stress.

Not that I'm any kind of expert or anything, but the stuff I mentioned above was a lot of what my doctor had me modifying when I first started having these headaches. If you can't afford to go to a doctor right now, trying to change some of the stuff I mentioned might be a good place to start. But if it's really bad and goes on for a long time you really should see someone no matter the cost.

I think he was talking to Vanilla though. She's the one saying she can't afford to go to the doctor.

hmm, you both said it, though you're probably right. Can't saw I know much about New Zealand health care, I must say.

However, according to This, GP visits are subsidised but not completely Free.

In other news, I have to write a 10,000 word teaching module on Logic in the next 10 days. I haven't researched it, I haven't really put much thought into it, I haven't had breakfast yet, and I managed to break a glass by sneezing earlier today. Today will be interesting.
