Depends what their intentions were. If they were here to harm us and cause us harm, then I would murder all the aliens I could. If they were here to advance us and help us then I don't see a reason anyone should be killed. The reasons I value human intellectuality and ability to understand and comprehend more than animals is because it helps the human species. In the grand scheme of things, I don't really care much who is superior (animals or humans). Humans are more useful to me and can help me have a better life, animals can't. I value human life more than animal life and that will likely never change.


Since this is the bitch box, one thing that's really annoying is when Moderators delete their own posts.

Eh, not a great analogy in my opinion. Heh, I will respectfully decline your suggestion as well. Merge? As in, you made two posts into one, but deleted everything in the post that was merged? Not trying to make it seem like a big deal, just seems like that's what you did.

It's not going to seem like a great analogy to you, because it's about you. If you haven't seen the relevance this far into your life, I don't suspect you'd understand regardless. But I thought I'd give it a shot anyway.

Regarding the merge, I actually don't remember what post I merged in this thread. It's a bit difficult when I'm constantly moderating posts, threads and doing everything else we do all over the website on a daily basis.

I understand the analogy, I just don't think it's a good one. He asked me a question, I answered it. It's too bad he wasn't satisfied with how I chose to answer, but those things happen I guess and since the discussion is over I guess it doesn't matter much.

I am satisfied with your answer. I remember what the post said and exactly where it was and it seemed to be poking fun towards me a bit. But i didn't take it very serious, which is why I ignored it and never responded. I was just reading back through a few pages and noticed it vanished. If it merged, the entire post that was merged was erased. So it was basically just deleted. But it's all good. Just a bit annoying to see posts disappear I guess.
