UGH

I've been waiting to upgrade to a SSD for years. A few weeks ago I figured it's time to grab one. I was really pumped to get one.

I ordered one new from ebay on 12/31.

It was shipped on 1/6 via 2 day UPS (wtf, 4 biz days to ship).

The shipper must have typed in my address wrong, because after 3 biz days, it's being returned to sender.

I said fuck it and ordered one from Newegg.

This snow has made me go without cigarettes for two days. I'm about to have to take off walking to Walmart or something if the road salt people don't come up and salt my road.

(If they don't salt it, I won't be able to get back up the hill - because it is a hill, and anything that isn't 4WD won't make it as is. I've got FWD, but that doesn't really help...as I've ended up in a ditch trying to make it during previous winters.)

The only font that should be used in college or university is Times New Roman. Maybe Arial. Not some kiddie **** like Comic Sans. I've received course outlines and assignments typed in crazy ass fonts that shouldn't exist at all. I just received the most illegible course outline last week - the entire thing was typed in Impact. So all three pages looked like this.

My sister is practising her picollo and it is damn annoying in a tight room that happens to have the computer in it. I tried drowning it out with the Velvet Underground but she bitched at me and said that the guitar solo hurts her ears to no ends.
