Nice. As an ammo specialist I got to try out some pretty cool weapons of low destruction, like claymores, 50 cal's, 60's, LAW's (I got to take out a tank), and we got wrap some det chord around a tree and slice it in two. Fun stuff.

I bet. Got to fire a 50 Cal last year. Literally shot a target from about 300 yards and sheared the places target right off the post. Dude said oh wow that just destroyed the post and target, man that was cool. LOL Besides getting to drive Nascars it was a really huge highlight to last year.

You're living on the redneck fringe man. Nothing wrong with that as long as you don't let anyone hold your beer.

Judging from Lineage i'm actually living in a double-wide in Kentucky right about now.

Actually, I wouldn't mind that lifestyle at all.

Only thing I've ever shot was my G19. Gotta admit it was pretty freaking fun. And I practiced enough to be able to swap out mags at a pretty decent rate.

Haven't had to do a TRB yet though. I really should practice with some blind loaded dummy rounds to get the handle on that.

Join the freakin' Army! All of that is pretty much basic training. In my cruiser I always have a 12 gauge and an M16A1. I personally own the .44, .50cal black powder rifle, 12 gauge bolt action shot gun, two .22's, and a glock 9mm. I go bear hunting with the .50.

Isn't that frowned upon in your neck of the woods.

So what was it like dating a tank?

Note: Normally, even I would be above such a terrible "joke", but for some reason I almost collapsed a lung laughing when that popped into my head, so I figured why not?

I'm an MP. The M16 is in a case in the back, along with riot gear, road side assistance kit, flare gun, traffic cones, various traffic signs (such as "Gate Closed", ' Be prepared to stop", "Funeral", etc) and a first aid kit. Why would glocks be frowns upon?
