Maybe you can doxx him (or if not, deck him)? Try to see if you can embarrass him online - I'm old, I don't know how it's done but I'm sure it can be. or else go for the nuclear option and go there and have it out with him, explain it's none of his ****ing business what your wife does on her own time. Maybe ask to see HIS boss, say you have a complaint? Basically, one way or the other, it's my opinion you should **** him up. People like him shut the **** up when they're made look small and stupid. Sorry for Dana having to go through this **** in 2023. ****.

Yeah that's a definite HR issue. I'm willing to bet this is the tip of the iceberg for him and there's other women there with stories, especially women who do work directly under him. Get that bitch fired. People like him need to not have any power over others.

Yeah this is not ok at all. A dick move that crosses boundaries even in an informal environment, and even worse professionally. She should tell him to **** off and/or get HR involved if he doesn't listen

Two additional thoughts:

1. She should in NO WAY feel hesitant about reporting him. We're living well past a time where the blinders to all this stuff came off. You know public opinion has shifted on controversial issues when Hollywood and big name stars take it on with a major release.

AIDS had Philadelphia, and now it's already been over 3 years since Bombshell premiered and did really well at the box office.

2. With all that being said, dude's like this guy should have long ago realized that that **** was no longer OK - not even in the slightest. So **** him for not only being misogynistic and predatory, but also being so ****ing stupid thinking it couldn't happen to him.

Like Batty already noted, this ain't the first time with someone as blatant as this guy. That article and comment alone is so far beyond UNCOOL in this day and age.

He wants to **** your wife and thinks the negging will work on her. Only one way to solve this, and it does indeed involve him getting f***ed, bureaucratically.

You could always have Dana bring her phone, put it on record, and she could have a conversation with him about it. All she'd need to do is ask him about why he showed her the article (describe the article first: "The New York post article about how I'm not relationship material"), how it made her uncomfortable, etc. etc. - based on what it sounds like, he'd probably dig himself a deeper hole and it'd all be recorded. Submit the recording to HR. The recording would probably be much different if you tried to do it, went in there, and started grilling him. He'd get defensive and deny it - call it a misunderstanding etc.

Based on what you say about Dana though, it might not be the easiest thing - you describe her as sweet, and I'm guessing that translates someway into her not being that comfortable or accustomed with confrontations. YMMV. I guess if he's making comments/convos like this frequently, maybe it would only require her making sure her phone was recording during interactions with him.

Let him bury himself. Some ****ing "friend".
