I believe the main problem in the toilet seat lies in the middle of the night, in the dark, when the woman sits into the toilet because there is no seat, and suffers from dampass.

The obvious solution to such an issue, as seen as the moving of the seat is clearly not a satisfactory one, is to have two toilets. One with a seat that does not move at all and one with springs loaded into it so that if you put the seat down, it springs right back up again.

So basically what you're saying is leaving the seat up is a good way to determine a woman's intelligence.
