Well jeans are quite expensive. I'm not saying I've never been in a position to afford them, but I guess I place a higher priority on other things like CDs etc... and even then, that's only after paying rent, food, power, transport and net.

I kind of figured that out, actually. I think it's supposed to be a statement of a person's endorsement of an "alternative" lifestyle, but mine has been so inundated with normality I could hardly think that I was making any such statement.

...e.g. I'm not some weird hipster. Just poor.

I just about asked if that's a thrift shop.

And Seltzer, I thought you'd say you were just a sharp dresser or something like that. =/

Also, my favorite chain store would probably be Underground Station. Journey's is cool to. Hot Topic's only good for belts/accessories/T shirts for me.

Haha, I try to dress sharply but with my lack of fashion sense and deplorable wardrobe, I'm not too sure how well I do.

I just wear a T- shirt and either combats or jeans. That has never really changed. I don't do hoodies or long sleeve tops in general. I am quite partial to my leather bikers jacket though.

I wear whatever can be found on my floor and whatever is clean.
I shop at thrift stores 'coz I'm poor.

I never shop at thrift stores cuz I'm a rich mofo.

Not really, but I never shop at thrift stores. Instead, I shop at West49, which is a skateboarding-focused clothing chain of stores. They're not cheap, but I wouldn't call them a ripoff. They sell a lot of skateboards and skate gear too.

West49

They're also mildly associated with Alexisonfire and Cancer Bats, and have sold their merch before.

I tend to wear shirts and ties with dinner jackets or trenchcoats depending on seasonal variance (as I dabble in the mod) black jeans and converses (as i get them for free due to a high up contact in the company)...and thrift stores do not necessarily need to be for the thrifty

If you have a suit, no one can complain.
