YES! I wholeheartedly agree. And I'd like to add one more thing, about the U-scan deal (we call it U-scan at Schnucks, so when I say that, I mean self-checkout);

Customers who come to one the U-scan thing and are like 80 something years old, so they are technologically inept. If you don't know nor have the capacity to learn, go to someone who'll do it for you. The purpose of U-scan is if you have less than 10 items (Even if it says less than 20) and you want to get out of the ****ing store quickly. You having to to learn how to use it doesn't speed it up the process, nor does not ****ing listening to what I tell you when I do try and help you. Go to a REAL checkout lane, and leave me the **** alone!!!!

Customers who complain because I haven't attended to their little problems on U-scan. OK, I don't wanna blow smoke up my ass, but I'm a damn good employee, and if a customer has a problem and I haven't dealt with it yet, it's because I'm probably fixing another problem for another customer. Wait your ****ing turn: this is stuff they taught you in kindergarten, or what your wife-beating convicted-sex-offender stepdad may have taught you! You are no better than anyone else, so ****ING WAIT!

I have some complaints for customers in video, too; 30 cent late fees are nothing to get testicular torsion over! ****ing pay it, you cheap bastard.

Dorm furniture sucks, but computer lab chairs are top of the line at my Uni. We seriously have like futuristic Ikia-esque chairs and they're so comfortable... I want to steal one so bad.
