Picked up a sixer of this stuff, talk about a buttery flavor profile! One of the most session-able IPA's I've ever had.

Got two of these waiting at home. Gonna hit the Ducks game at 7:30 so i'm gonna slam these bad boys and walk from my buddies over to see the Duckies game. I'll be the guy screaming at Johan Franzen calling him Man Boobs behind the opponents net about five rows back.

Got another sixer. Currently enjoying sipping on:

Dogfish Head - Palo Santo Marron

Then I've got:

Smuttynose - Old Brown Dog Ale
Dogfish Head - Indian Brown Ale
Great Lakes - Alchemy Hour Double IPA
North Coast - Brother Thelonious
Unibroue - Trois Pistoles

And then, snagged a:
Samuel Smith - Oatmeal Stout

Last night I polished off a 4 pack of some Unibroue Maudite... a Belgian style red ale. While it was just a tad too sweet for me, it was really great. It was also my first from Unibroue, so I will definitely be coming back to them. I got a single of some Wychwood Brewery's Hobgoblin dark English ale which I will be trying out tonight. I rounded out my selection with my standard Bell's Two Hearted, which I can never get enough of.

It's not an IPA or anything, but it's great for this time of year.

You want cause to complain, move to Canada where you can only buy alcohol from Provincial run liquor stores that think 6 pm is a good time to close on Saturday. If you miss that then you're stuck going to a cold beer and wine store and paying an additional 5-10 bucks. Oh and a 6 pack of domestic beer like Molson Canadian is $14, so take your complaints about having to buy beer at the supermarket and shove them up your entitled complaining arse.

third world problems :(

Americans complain about this? You guys have it easy. I'd love to be able to buy beer in a regular supermarket. Although our government stores in Ontario have a large selection of international and domestic beers, and products from local breweries (thank gawd). I remember seeing Busch Light being sold in a Costco in Anaheim, and it was ****ing strange to me, even though it was crappy beer.

In the UK, our licensing laws state it is illegal to serve a pint with > 5% head. Does that not fly over in the US? Besides nobody wants a frothy drink, surely?

Also, in truly heartbreaking news I'm not allowed to drink alcohol for 6 months due to medication I'm on. It's been 10 days so far and I'm already cracking at the seams.

Idk man, head is a pretty integral part of the American brewing tradition. Anywhere you go you're going to get a significant head, unless your getting swill like Miller, Coors, or Pabst.

I don't like THAT much head on my beer, but it's not going to make me want my money back if I get that much foam on tap at the bar.

When I'm at home, I usually just drink straight from the bottle/can anyways.
