Made a modified version of this tonight, with roasted asparagus. Trying to hit those macros.

I've been eating nothing but chicken and salad all week so far. This'll keep the dream alive.

How would you prepare fish for someone who doesn't like fish but wants to incorporate more into their diet? Me, it's me, I hate fish. Love most seafood, love sushi, but outside of frying cod for fish tacos I have no idea what I'm doing.

What about baking it in foil with lemon, herbs, butter and things depending on what you like? Or do you have to have it 'hidden' in other things to be able to eat it (tacos)?

Lots of stuff you can do just depends what you don't like about it.

You can make a lot of great pasta dishes using the sauce to poach salmon.

It's the fishy taste I can't stand, I've tried baking trout and salmon in the way you suggested but it doesn't help with the fishiness. I don't know if hiding it in dishes will work for me, I'm considering making a fish curry or something but tbh I'd rather be able to pick around it rather than ruin an entire curry with a fishy taste.

One or two fish oil supplements a week and you don't have to look at or touch an actual fish. Prepping, I usually do what MLM suggested with lemon, butter, and lots of garlic. I tried it with a roasted garlic ranch dressing as a dipping sauce and it was amazing.
