Ragu for a lasagne.

Don't use rosemary. Get yourself some dried Italian Seasoning.

You know I saw that in the shop earlier since I posted but went for dried basil, never used the Italian Seasoning.

Have added the rosemary already, Jamie Oliver's fault.

The lasagne was top notch BTW. Got two out of it (one dish, had the other half for tea the next night) and put the rest of the ragu in freezer bags and froze them. Reckon I've got enough for about six large servings. Gonna have Spaghetti Bolognese with it in the week

I cooked it for about 8 hours.

Recipe here:

Made some bechamel sauce but had some left it's in the fridge. Probably just gonna warm it up and eat it with a spoon.

Banana Ice Cream (breakfast) - I've been consistenly eating variations of this for the past week or so. Packed full of nutrients and delicious.

In Ninja/Food processor:

1. Freeze peeled bananas over night. Slice and add.
2. Add a drizzle of molasses, 1 tbl spoon chunky peanut butter, 2 tbl spoon of chia seeds, handful of walnuts, and a 1/4 cup frozen mixed berries.
3. Blend to smooth consistency.
4. Top with granola or your favorite crunchy cereal (Kashi Crunch for me).

I used to have ice cream for breakfast. Tin of tuna, porridge, couple of eggs and a bowl of ice cream.

This one looks decent.

I have a friend who makes that all the time DWV. I'll admit, it tastes way better than it looks.

I have all of those ingredients (including the frozen banana's) available right now, thanks to my daughter. I think she may have made that same meal a few times. I might give it a whirl.
