I love vinegar, that didn't seem like a lot to me at all.

Also, I love his kitchen and cookware..
Na it's not wrong or right he's just doing it his way. Chips are deep fried but I'm guessing he didn't want to do that after deep frying the fish. Frying the chips is very hard. There is a certain taste and texture to them that is hard to replicate at home if not impossible. You probably need one of the large fryers.

Only thing I would say is he used the 'wrong' peas. Mushy peas are made with marrowfat peas not frozen garden peas (which taste sweeter), and there is spices in them. But I doubt he is trying to replicate a chippy.

It's a good video and I'd try it.

Ja you're supposed to do the vinegar bite by bite like people who don't know how to unwrap burritos to put hot sauce in them. Not a huge fan of the vinegar either way tbh.

It's actually clear, but I'm nitpicking.

The Mexican restaurant by my work makes an excellent machaca so I usually grab the machaca burrito when I stop by there every month or so. Wasn't in the mood for that today, so I went with their generic breakfast burrito. It had ham, eggs, cheese, sour cream, and refried ****ing beans. Why do white people have to turn every good thing into a goddamned abomination? The only logical reason to put goddamn mother****ing refried beans in a breakfast burrito would be for filler because it's not a complementary flavour to what's going on in the burrito and doesn't do much for the burrito in the way of texture. You know the mother****ers added that to the menu because enough honkie mother****ers requested it because honestly that ingredient can only come from a place of stunning ignorance of folk who think that 100% of Mexican food is beans and meat on a tortilla with rice if you're lucky. If I ever open a restaurant, I'm putting up a sign that says "no requests you gentrifying entitled ****s."

I guess I can get it without the beans next time. I feel like I may have posted on this in the past.
