I hated it the first and only time (tasted like a used vacuum filter), but I also have a feeling that it wasn't prepared optimally.

Made a modified version of this tonight, with roasted asparagus. Trying to hit those macros.

I've been eating nothing but chicken and salad all week so far. This'll keep the dream alive.

I made this just a little while ago and made a cheese sauce for the asparagus. I couldn't stop eating it and almost finished off the entire pan. Food coma is setting in. So good.

How would you prepare fish for someone who doesn't like fish but wants to incorporate more into their diet? Me, it's me, I hate fish. Love most seafood, love sushi, but outside of frying cod for fish tacos I have no idea what I'm doing.

Have you considered Captain D's?

In my lunchbox today:

1 carrot, 1 stalk of celerey, 1 yellow pepper all chopped up to dip in Mediterranean style hummus. A frozen vegan breakfast burrito (lots of sweet potato and seitan), and a kefir, kale and blueberry smoothie. Oh and some almonds.

Breakfast as per usual was two cups of coffee and a banana.

Once I've summoned my strength I will annihilate my hangover with bacon, eggs, a whole wheat roll with herb butter, baked beans, cheese, salad, fried mushrooms, pickles, pickled garlic and some ayran.

Looks really interesting.
