Oh my god, I love tabbouleh. My friend's grandmother is Syrian, and she use to make it for us all the time.. makes your breath smell horrible but it's totally worth it. Much better than some of the other.. "authentic" dishes she's made.

Oh me too...thankfully we have quite a few awesome mediterranean food restaurants around here too. I tried making hummus one time...it turned out pretty good except I think I put way too much garlic in it and no one else would eat it. lol
