It's a pork vindaloo. Used the full amount of chillies in the recipe, added some garam masala (this is an excellent weapon to add to your curry making arsenal), was really good.

I just made some fresh chicken stock adding herbs from my garden. I think I'll use it for gluten-free chicken'n'dumplins either tonight or tomorrow... Would make a nice "photoshoot"... Not sure how to post pictures from my iPhone onto threads however??
