The rush of endorphins usually exacerbates headaches and sex is not the best thing. It also releases endorhines that are high in B vitmains so it also has a positive effect when your are down (ever had a hangover and had a guilty feeling?-alcohol kills B vitamins which are the 'feelgood' vitamins and that is why we sometimes get these feelings the day after).

^ Yeah, this is true. I am a chronic migraine sufferer and they tell me that strenuous exercise and exerting yourself can trigger them.
