I personally don't find any particular body function to feel awesome, when compared to just having had an orgasm. Sometimes I don't even find orgasms to feel particularly awesome, when compared to just having had a 12 pack of beer and a few shots.

eh I'm the complete opposite. Especially with beer since I don't really like the stuff and getting drunk isn't that awesome that it over powers the feeling of an orgasm
