Apparently it's a minor comic meme. But it really makes me want to read the 70s Luke Cage comics cause apparently they're hilarious for janky 70s jive talk. And that panel is from a comic where after performing a job for Doctor Doom to fight some robots for $200 Doom stiffed Cage and so Luke Cage tried to steal the Fantastic Four's jet, convinced them to let him have it, flew to the Eastern European nation of Latveria where Doom is a benevolent dictator, teamed up with robot revolutionaries to storm Doom's castle, fought Doom, but ended up saving Doom from the alien leader of the robots cause Luke didn't care about their cause and wanted to make sure Doom wasn't killed before he could get his $200.
