I know exactly what she meant, you go in with high hopes and planning to leave it all on the field, and you leave with a disappointed feeling like you could've given it more.

Ahh...so it's like when you're a little bit constipated and you can't get the whole loaf out, so you have to pinch part off and suck the rest back in? Then you feel kind of distended and uncomfortable, because you can TELL it's up there but it won't come out yet.

That is disappointing when it happens, I agree! I hate having to suck 'em back in.
