American FAST food is terrible. Everything else is pretty good... but, of course, we're so unique that about 80% of the restaurants here are other culture's food - Mexican, Chinese, Thai, etc.

I've been looking everywhere for this over the last few months and finally i found it! Its a shame that MDs re-launch in the UK is as an energy drink but its a start.
