Yup, the concentration camp reference comes from one of Yukon Cornelius' old threads. He doesn't formulate the conspiracy theories well himself (they usually don't), but instead posted a video which he wanted everyone to see.
I found and made a summary of what the video (and the thread) was about and what made poor Yukon so worried
