A decree from His Holyness Pope Conan I ....

For insulting my honor as Holy Representive of Music Banter, I hereby sentence the one known as Neopolitan to thirty six hours community service. To be followed by to by torture and death.

Further, I condem the heresy of my Holy Empire and hereby decree that anyone showing civil disobedience to The Church under any circumstances whatsoever shall be tried and executed by our Clergy. The trial is just a formality.

I also hereby commision our Clergy class to run for political office, a church member amoung the Moderation staff would greatly increase our influence.
