Is Meat Really Murder?

It will be bad for you as you get older. That ****'s nasty.
I cook all my meals. I eat fast food maybe once a month. Buuut I cook most of mine from scratch. Making mac n cheese from a box isn't cooking.

But as for a healthy person, the only time I've been sick in the past several years is when I caught the stomach flu. That's about it. I have perfect blood pressure even though I smoke, my energy levels are always high, I sleep (when I feel like sleeping) very deeply and for 8-9 hours, and I **** twenty minutes after I eat. My skin is perfectly clear, my hair and nails are strong and grow twice as fast as most people I know. That's health.

Hahaha....ya, maybe when I hit my 20's I'll stop...and eat more healthy.

How old are you? Like 16?

If you haven't hit your twenties yet and you're still plying yourself with junk you'll probably pay for it later. You're still "growing"
