Don't you miss the lovely texture of it? or can you get substitutes?
the funny thing is i KNOW what happens to the animals i watched kill it, cook it, eat it. and it was pretty horrid. but I still really don't feel like im the baddie for eating the meat.
why don't you like touching it? i understand not eating it, but touching it is very extreme, well in my opinion, ive never heard of anyone feeling so strongly that they didnt touch meat.
I just love my rich red meats too much, and beautiful fish. I would love to give it up if i thought itd make a difference, and if i didnt miss it and could substitute it with something equally tasty, textured and such.
