I have no interest in re-reading the OP but I will say that scanning through the first few pages really makes me miss a lot of people.

I read the whole thing, and I must say, it seems like things have settled down an awful lot. I'm amazed there was even a time when there was no journals section! :yikes: Kinda glad I'm living in this era, as it were.

I did. I have no life. :) It was interesting, especially seeing the genesis (hah! I said Genesis Batty! Suck it!) of the journal section. Cool to see people I used to know or never did, who were here before me.

It's the same on every message board, people talk about it going downhill and closing up. You need the right set of individuals, and most everyone has other responsibilities that take over their lives, so they can't use the forum as much as they used to.

When it comes to music you need to have an absolute opinion of one side or the other to have any kind of debate. It's more interesting to me when a group just comes together out of luck and you experience a range of tastes, though. :shycouch:
