That seems fair priced, They probably couldn't run it on any less. It just seemed a waste of money to me but I suppose it's a tourist attraction.

London has tons of attractions as it is though, does a big ferris wheel really pull any extra tourists to the city?

Manchester city centre has one of those big wheels too.
