free tickets to see any band/artist that I like at any time
an arcade/game room

^soundproofing a room isn't really as expensive as it seems. it's IS still pricey but not completely out of reach with some decent budgeting action.

soundproofing and maintaining acoustic fidelity on the other hand...

the other trick to soundproofing - you NEED to do the door, the floor, and the ceiling too, otherwise you're wasting time and effort.

I want to drive a BMW and look cool while driving, because i can't do that in a 5-door 1998 Opel Corsa

I'd also love my own house with sound-proof walls and a garage for my BMW.
