locke is my favorite too tbh. the doctor was boring as ****. locke reminded me of a crazy conspiracy theorist friend i have who recently purchased a large property for the purposes of getting off the tit of civilization. people like that are wacky as **** but they can be very interesting a lot of the time.

Other cool characters: Jin and sun, Desmond, eko, sayid. Jack can go die in a fire he's the worst amount of crybaby

You mean he's not the annoying douche who keeps telling Jack that he can't explain what's going on because he's a man of science, while John of course has the inside track, seeing how he's a man of faith? **** him.

And **** Lost in general. ****ty show.

Locke was important to the dynamic of the show because of the whole faith vs. science thing that played throughout the whole series.

I hated Jin and how he abused his wife.

Ya wow locke should say sorry for not knowing what was happening on a crazy ass island that quite obviously isn't normal and yet being right based on his instinct or faith. Like he's by far the most interesting character and I have no idea how this is even debatable.

Jack can just go to a corner and sob about not getting to touch kates boobs

lol why are you going in so hard on Jack like you think he's anyone's favorite?

I don't think anyone likes jack.

Because it's a tired, annoying, condescending trope. I really don't care what purpose it served the show, because no matter how well they do it it's still irritating. What if they'd reversed it? What if they'd had Jack be the superior one questioning John's faith until he started to wonder if maybe his whole faith-based philosophy wasn't bull**** after all? How do you think that would have flown? But it's okay to question the idea of not having faith because we live in a society of people where half of the population doesn't even believe in evolution.

So yeah, **** John Locke.

Yeah as an atheist, Locke was still my favorite character by a ****in long shot. Rugged, intelligent leader who didn't even try.

Edit: Also Eko and Sayid. Swooooooooon though.

Haha ya ok. jack was the one always calling locke out. Locke was perfectly fine with doing his own biz and not bothering anyone who didn't want to listen (until it was shhit fanning time). But sure he's the condescending jerk of the show get real.
