I'm not much for militant atheism these days but it's a pet peeve of mine when tv shows pull the ol' "Have the doubter become a believer" trick. I was scared for years that they'd pull the same **** on House.

it's just a stupid show though, all that really matters is how entertaining it is. anyone who walks away from watching lost with a different perspective on life was doomed to begin with.

I didn't care about any actual message the show was putting out, it was just one of many things that made that show unwatchable to me. I was far more concerned with how ridiculously over-the-top the melodramatic acting was.
