Well I'm surprised tbh, ask any European bet they say it's wank. As I said even Brits say it. Lack of seasoning etc.

I always find that to be such a cop-out about seasoning. Add some salt and pepper then if its not to your liking. I realize that there has to be some seasoning added during cooking, but adding seasoning later isn't a no-no. I find people that bitch about seasoning to just be bitches.

Agreed mate and it's not like you need it, the UK produces excellent meat, no need to mask the taste with scotch bonnets or whatever, the raw ingredients are delicious by themselves.

That place you linked looks good btw can confirm I would eat until I exploded there.

Manky no, where do you get it from?

Using these hot sauces atm:

You two just reduced seasoning to just salt and pepper? wow really? Something seasoned with the proper spices is way better than just chucking salt on it afterwards. If I wanted bland as food I would go to a hospital cafeteria.

I mentioned salt and pepper because you don't normally add other spices after cooking only while cooking. Its not like i'm gonna crack a bottle of cayenne and pour it in after the food is done. It would taint the taste of everything. My point wasn't bland ass food, my point was most people who complain about seasoning in general are bitches. These kinds of people tend to be the type you can't appease with any type of food.
