I can see why. I mean, if you went out with a girl and you had an argument, before you could make it she was already in some other guy's bed. You wouldn't let her get out of it on a technicality.

Definitely, and even if they werent on a break, going and doing some printing girl not even a few hours after breaking up is harsh. On a break thats unacceptable, and if you've broken up then thats just cruel.

Are you on Ross' side? In his defence, I would have forgiven him way faster than Rachel did, and certianly not convinced his new girlfriend to shave all her hair off

I think I discussed it already somewhere in here, and I was a bit undecided, but I think! I leaned towards Ross' side more. Probably because he would never intentionally do anything like that. He's a good guy and he fucked up. Rachel was too unyielding! She has nerves of fucking steel.

Ross is a good guy, but hes also very neurotic. Having someone perpetually believeing you either are or are going to cheat on them any second, with a guy who works in fashion, is bloody irritating. I mean sure, Mark did end up telling her that he harboured a crush, but he never acted upon it until afterwards, and even then he waited a safe amount of time. And Rachel loved Ross, she wouldnt have done it with the printing guy straight after a fight. (We wont go into the detail about the printing guy as I realise he was completely off his nut )

Ross shouldnt have done thats, its ALWAYS a no-no, but he was obviously sorry. And it was very non-Ross thing to do, so Rachel should have forgiven him sooner.

Also, @CunningStunt - how exactly do you have 4,074 posts after just a year here??

I agree with everything you said, it's definitely not the thing to do EVER, I probably wouldn't have forgiven my girlfriend if she did that. It's too hard to forget.

And at the last question, I asked him that same question last week

Mark wanted to end Ross and Rachel's relationship for his own gain, Ross was right to be a paranoid mess.

Every man trusts their girlfriend, it's just THAT guy that they don't trust. The smarmy snake that's always waiting and plotting.

I didnt forgive my ex-boyfriend after that, and tbh, I'm fine. My respect for him cascaded after that.

Oooh and what did he say?

Yes, but once THAT guy gets involved, so does their girlfriend, meaning trust flys out the window and all their issues start revolving around THAT guy.

That sucks about your ex though, but these things are learning experiences. It's cliche to say but they happen for the best. And now to look forward to greener grasses, which shouldn't be too hard, your in New Zealand!

I think he said how it's a good way to past time during work, lol

Meh, I dont mind. Wasnt that serious anyway, but its not exactly a pleasurable feeling knowing you've been cheated on, even if you were on a 'break'.

When you said the grass is always greener I sub-consciously went 'dum dum chh' - like that little drum thing when someone says a joke

Yeah...I know it's not a pleasurable thing... but fuck it, that's life.

Well, it was supposed to be a joke so I see it worked out fine
