Yep. That's precisely the story everyone around here has too.
It is INVARIABLY "I know people who..."
The person who tells it has NEVER actually seen it. Because it doesn't happen. Cows don't just sit there and let a group of people run at it and tip it over. They are very skittish. They're extremely easy to herd because of that reason. And since cows don't sleep standing up, it would be extremely hard to sneak up on them.

I'm still waiting for video evidence... because unless my practical knowledge of this crap and my eyes are completely wrong, I'm pretty sure that whole thing is a myth.

I could be wrong, obviously... but there would have to be pretty special circumstances.

does it really matter? people around here said theyve done it. I never went with them so I dont actually know. I just take their word for it.
