Is "black tea" normal tea, or is that assumed not to have milk in it? I just like store-bought teabags, three in a cup, nice and strong, good sup of milk, no sugar.

Coffee: Either french press, cold brewed or espresso made with the Moka pot (and Cafe Bustelo), ideally. I have an Aeropress but I rarely use it. I've always wanted to get a percolator so I can periodically yell "THERE'S A FISH IN THE PERCOLATOR!"
Tea: Either sweet tea with blackberry syrup and mint, very strong black tea or jasmine green tea. |

Masala chai tea.
Regular tea. Green tea - verbena and lemongrass. Earl grey, sometimes if there isn't anything else. In the past I used to drink chamomile tea and fennel tea, maybe I should go back. I prefer drinking without sugar or other sweeteners. I have a habit of using honey but I need to cut the amount that I use.

I drink my coffee black. I drink or for the caffeine/energy and to me putting milk and sugar in it only detracts from that.
I like the taste of cappuccinos etc but once again energy wise does nothing for me. It's more of a dessert than an energy drink. I drink monster javas sometimes which taste like cappuccinos but have more caffeine. I love a good espresso. Not the taste but the jolt of energy it gives you. I used to get espressos from this cuban place in Florida. It came in like a shot glass. I miss those. Way better than Starbucks etc. I tried to get an espresso machine for like 60$ but it was dog ****. Apparently it takes hundreds of dollars to get a proper espresso machine. Makes me wonder how did they make espressos back in the day in Europe before all this technology? Seems like there must be a way. |

You're not wrong though, Yorkshire Tea is the one if I'm having tea. I drink coffee first thing in the morning and as a pre workout. I don't really enjoy the taste. |
