Hazelnuts are great.

Me, I'm simple. I don't like coffee. Give me a lemon herbal tea, or a spiced apple herbal.

I was going to say I don't want no coffee or tea. Just me and good buddy Weiser, is all I'll ever need.

I don't have any buddies named Weiser.

I'm drinking half a teaspoon a day into my decaf coffee, it's a way to improve the environment of the bacteria in your gut. It might help with weight loss according to my occupational therapist who has fibromyalgia and IBS like me. It costed me $36 for the first tin and I have a monthly subscription. I'll let everyone interested know how my body responds.

That's a lot of superfood shrooms! I bet it does make a difference for you. I drink tea with chaga in it on occasion and feel really good on the days I do.

Look into Paul Stamets if you're not familiar, and ever interested in the benefits of various fungi.

Oh wow it's cool to hear that you found chaga works for your body, that really excites me! I will definitely check him out as I can feel this is going to work wonders on my sugar levels, gut and organs. Thanks for the recommendation!

I've watched one 18 minute video so far and I am soooo impressed. It can help people stop smoking, get off opioids and so much more. I can't believe I haven't heard of him or the benefits of Mushroom elixir until now.Thank you!

What an interesting concoction. This chaga stuff sounds almost too good to be true.
