I vote for green tea. However, I can't imagine my morning without coffee

Coffee. Nothing beats that first cup in the morning. I love a strong, dark roast with a splash of oat milk. That said, I’ve been leaning more into herbal teas lately, especially chamomile at night to help me unwind. Ever since I decided to Get Mounjaro Online for weight management, I’ve been way more mindful of what I drink too, turns out, calories can sneak in through lattes and sweetened teas!

I too am trying to kick a coffee habit but I drink lots of Earl Grey to mitigate the comedown. Found a brand of loose EG no one's ever heard of and it's the best I've ever had. Really rich taste.

I'm almost certain this was my last attempt to date to break my coffee addition and sincerely hope I will not try anything as foolish ever again. It's not even particularly bad for you, compared to so many other things. One pot of filtered black Arabic or Ethiopian in the morning and then maybe an espresso during the day is not too much coffee! It's fine.

I was once asked which I would give up if I had to, coffee or beer. I replied: "Easy choice--the beer goes. I might like to have a beer but I need my coffee." Sometimes I think the existence of coffee proves there really is a God. I said sometimes.

How many cups a day? I think I'm functioning at my best when I limit myself to the one pot in the morning. The afternoon espresso can make me jittery if I have it every single day, I think.

I mostly drink tea now, earl gray is my favorite. As for coffee…I love an americano or a cappuccino. Though I also love donut shop and diner coffee.
